AI & Automation Proposal
Production planning automation that reads live order data from the Nailor System and surfaces a draft plan for your team to review and approve. Your people stay in control, AI handles the compilation.
Prepared by Phil Therien, Partner, Webisoft Technologie Inc.
The Opportunity
Webisoft will build a production planning automation that reads live order data from the Nailor System, applies your grouping logic automatically, and surfaces a draft plan for your team to review and approve.
Your people stay in control. AI handles the compilation.
What You'll Have When We're Done
Five concrete deliverables. Nothing aspirational, nothing vague.
Automated build list grouping
Sales orders analyzed and grouped by model size into production runs, replacing manual transcription.
Human review workflow
A clean daily output your planner reviews, adjusts if needed, and approves.
Nailor System integration
The automation connects directly to your existing internal platform, developed in collaboration with your IT team.
Documented automation rules
A clear record of the grouping logic applied, auditable and adjustable as your operations evolve.
Scoping case study
A structured document capturing your workflows, pain points, and automation roadmap — built for internal buy-in with your CTO, operations director, and COO.
Investment Structure
A two-stage model: a fixed deposit to run discovery and produce a case study, followed by a time-and-materials build phase scoped against an agreed budget envelope.
Discovery engagement
Fixed fee
The format adapts to what we find. More complexity means more sessions; simpler scope means fewer. The outcome is always the same: a clear picture and a written case study.
Includes
- Structured sessions with the right people — planners, IT, and any relevant ops stakeholders
- Scope adapts as we learn — we follow the complexity, not a fixed agenda
- Written case study: current-state workflows, pain points, automation roadmap
- Fixed-scope proposal with budget envelope for Stage 2
Build & integration
Delivered against an agreed budget envelope defined at the end of Stage 1. Billed on actuals — if we come in under, you pay less.
Scope
- Automated grouping logic build
- Nailor System connection & data pipeline
- Human review interface for daily planner
- Testing, staff onboarding, go-live support
How the budget envelope works: after Stage 1 we deliver a fixed-scope proposal with a defined budget range based on what we learn in discovery. You approve the envelope before we write a line of code. We bill time-and-materials within that ceiling.
Delivery Approach
Five phases over roughly two months from kickoff to go-live, then ongoing expansion scoping.
Discovery engagement
Structured sessions with planners, IT, and ops stakeholders as needed. We map workflows, identify Nailor System integration points, and define grouping rules. The agenda flexes based on what surfaces.
Case study delivery
Written document capturing current state, automation opportunities, and recommended roadmap. Suitable for sharing with CTO and leadership.
Prototype & validation
Working automation tested against real order data. Iterated with your team until the output matches what a planner would produce manually.
Integration & go-live
Connected to Nailor System via IT collaboration. Review workflow deployed. Staff onboarding and sign-off.
Expansion scoping
Scheduling automation and additional AI use cases identified and prioritized based on live performance data.
Next Steps
Review this proposal ahead of our meeting
Sign a letter of engagement and submit the $2,500 deposit to kick off discovery
We run discovery with the right people — you receive the case study and Stage 2 budget envelope
Approve the build scope and begin Stage 2
We look forward to building something meaningful together.
